 Pattaya is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. It is within a 2 hour drive to the capital city, Bangkok. The new international airport (Suvarnabhumi) is only 1 ½ hours away by car. Pattaya is a truly cosmopolitan city with its sky line only surpassed by Bangkok. The city has developed considerably since the first influx of visitors over 40 years ago. What was once a small fishing town has evolved in one of South East Asia’s most thriving hot spots. With it close proximity to Bangkok and international airports it is extremely popular with both visitors and residents in Thailand.
- Central Pattaya - A vibrant combination shops, restaurants and every other kind resource a visitor would need. The main promenade on Pattaya Beach road is home to thousands retail and recreation activates, with numerous international standard shopping mall located close by. Pattaya is famous for its nightlife, in particular the renowned Walking Street.

- Naklua - Up town Pattaya, popular for its Sea food restaurants and markets. This area also has many electrical, commercial wholesale retailers.
- Wongamat - Hidden in between North Pattaya and the City centre Wongamat offers many luxury Hotels and Condominiums as well as some of Pattaya’s best beaches.

- East Side - The East side of Pattaya is generally considered to be the residential side of the city. It has many small developments with house prices from less than THB 1 million all the way up to luxury million dollar mansions. Until recently this area was very sparse however it has fast become one of Pattaya’s fastest developing areas.
- Mabprachan - Lake Mabprachan is the largest water mass in Pattaya. The road around the lake is home to numerous restaurants with picturesque views of the area. The reservoir is a popular location for local fishermen and small boats. Mabprachan also boast luxury developments and 5 star resorts. This area is easily accessible from the Bangkok, Leam Chabang and Rayong highways.

- Pattaya Tai - One of Pattaya’s main roads, contacting Sukhumvit Road to the city centre.
- Pratumnak - One of Pattaya’s most exclusive locations. Popular for its beaches and luxury beachfront condos. The main landmark in this area is the Big Buda hill, with its tropical gardens and fitness park. Pratumnak is also home to the Royal Residence in Pattaya.

- Jomtien Beach - Seaside town with popular beaches and restaurants. Jomtien often plays host to International and local Water sports competitions.
- Na Jomtien - The far side of Jomtien. This area has many housing developments and tourist attractions. One of Pattaya’s largest hotels (The Ambassador) is located in this location.

- Chonburi - The regions capital with many government and industrial companies working from this city.
- Sriracha - A quiet seaside town with many store and restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes drive from Pattaya.
- Leam Chabang - The region’s main deep-sea port and industrial estate.

- Bang Saray - Small fishing village. Recently become a popular for luxury houses and resorts.
- Rayong - Large industrial area with many large manufactures and industries operating from this location.

- Koh Samet - A Tropical island situated off the coast of Pattaya. The island offer many activities and charter boats can be taken for an inexpensive fee.

- Bangkok - Thailand’s capital city. Bustling streets with countless sights to see. Home the countries tallest skyscrapers.
- Chiang Mai - Chiang Mai is one of Thailand’s oldest cities. Situated in a mix mountainous and tropical rain forests Chaing Mai is a must on any travellers visit to Thailand.
- Phuket - One of the largest southern locations, Phuket offers everything from luxury housing to scenic beaches.
- Koh Samui - Tropical beach paradise with sand beaches.
