In general residential zoned land at Bang Saray has demanded a higher than average price level
when compared with other towns / villages on the Eastern Seaboard that has ensured that
developments in this area are higher-end and more exclusive. A large percentage of the land in
bang Saray is green zone and as such will not be subject to any further development.
Talay Sawan is situated in the center of the fishing village of Bang Saray 15 kilometers from the city of Pattaya on the Eastern
Seaboard of Thailand. On November 2nd 2005 a 11 rai plot of land adjoining the village and bounded between the local Wat
(Temple) on one side a town park on the other and Bang Saray beach stretching across the entire length of the property was
acquired and with a great amount of hard work and vision, Talay Sawan was established.
The Developers of Talay Sawan have in excess of 20 years experience of constructing Housing, Retail and Commercial
Developments at the highest level in Ireland. The Directors John Sheehan and John O Donovan have been successful property
developers in Ireland for many years and have been visiting Thailand since 1990 and their knowledge of the areas enabled the
procurement of this special one off location.
It was decided in order to deliver the quality construction and concept that the unique location demanded that the standards in
the area to date would have to be surpassed and the company went to Phuket in order to locate the design and construction
teams for the Talay Sawan Project.
The title deed is Chanote. The land is 100% owned by the Bang Saray Development Company Limited which is made up of private
shareholders and is unencumbered by any debts, mortgages or loans.
This project in Bang Saray has been complimented by the appointment of renowned Phuket and Hong Kong architects Damask
Design International (Thailand) Ltd.
